研究目的:

检测取出内固定装置患者的增生性瘢痕与其周围正常组织mRNA和对应蛋白表达的差异;不同患者相同部位的增生性瘢痕的mRNA和对应蛋白表达的差异,阐明mRNA与成纤维细胞的增殖及增生性瘢痕的形成之间的关系。寻找出增生性瘢痕形成过程中起关键作用的mRNA,作为早期评估患者增生性瘢痕易感性的标志物。  

Objectives of Study:

To detect the difference between the expression of mRNA and corresponding protein in hypertrophic scar of patients with internal fixation device removed and their surrounding normal tissues; The difference of mRNA and corresponding protein expression of hypertrophic scar in the same part of different patients illustrates the relationship between mRNA and fibroblast proliferation and hypertrophic scar formation. Find out the mRNA that plays a key role in the formation of hypertrophic scar, and use it as a marker for early evaluation of patients' susceptibility to hypertrophic scar.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.临床诊断为瘢痕疙瘩患者; 2.既往3个月内进行过服抗生素或进行静脉抗生素全身治疗; 3.存在抵触情绪,不愿参与调查患者; 4.不具备法律能力或法律能力受限。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients clinically diagnosed as keloid; 2. Antibiotics or systemic treatment with intravenous antibiotics in the past 3 months; 3. The patient is resistant and unwilling to participate in the investigation; 4. No or limited legal capacity.
