研究目的：

探讨静脉输注硫酸镁对接受经前列腺电切术患者膀胱痉挛和早期恢复质量的影响，为围术期经尿道前列腺电切术患者多模式镇痛策略及术后恢复提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate on bladder spasm and early recovery quality of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate, and to provide new ideas for multimodal analgesia strategy and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.手术方案改变；
2.患者患有严重的心脏、呼吸、肝、肾或神经精神疾病；
3.高镁血症、低钙血症；
4.既往使用钙通道阻滞剂；
5.既往有膀胱疾病如膀胱过度活动症、膀胱流出道梗阻和神经源性膀胱的患者；
6.血小板减少症，凝血功能障碍，任何蛛网膜下隙与硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉医学禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Change in surgical plans; 2. Patients suffering from severe cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, renal, or neuropsychiatric disorders; 3. Hypermagnesemia, hypocalcemia; 4. Prior treatment with calcium channel blockers; 5. Patients with a preexisting bladder disease such as an overactive bladder, bladder outflow obstruction, and neurogenic bladder; 6. Thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy, any medical contraindication to combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia.

数据采集由研究者设计病例记录表，对患者的基本信息进行登记，将术中观察指标及时记录并整理。术后将患者的信息及指标记录在电子数据表格中，方便保存及管理，也便于之后的数据统计分析。

The investigator designed a case record form for data collection, registered the basic information of the patients, and recorded and sorted out the intraoperative observation indicators in time.
