研究目的：

本研究将艾司氯胺酮应用于老年患者的静脉麻醉，观察呼吸抑制和低氧血症的发生情况，比较艾司氯胺酮与阿片类药物对呼吸的影响，从而进一步寻求可靠有效而又安全的静脉麻醉方式，为提高老年患者围术期安全提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, Esketamine was applied to the intravenous anesthesia of elderly patients, to observe the occurrence of respiratory depression and hypoxemia, and to compare the effects of Esketamine and opioid drugs on respiration, so as to further seek reliable, effective and safe intravenous anesthesia, and provide a new method to improve the perioperative safety of elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）过去6个月内有心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛病史；
（2）有严重心律失常、急性咽炎和扁桃体炎病史；
（3）肺炎或不吸氧脉搏血氧饱和度（SPO2）<90%；
（4）严重阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
（5）对异丙酚、鸡蛋、大豆或白蛋白过敏；
（6）不同意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris in the past 6 months;
(2) Have a history of severe arrhythmia, acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis;
(3) Pneumonia or non-oxygen pulse blood oxygen saturation (SPO2)<90%;
(4) Severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
(5) Allergies to propofol, eggs, soy or albumin;
(6) Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.

本研究采用随机对照试验方法，按照随机原则对所有受试者进行分组，每组45名患者，共90名患者。随机数由不知晓分组情况的统计人员通过计算机生成随机数分配列表，以1:1的比例，将纳入患者随机分配到研究组（艾司氯胺酮组）或对照组（常规麻醉组），完成对参加研究患者的分组。随机化的结果由不参与本研究的人员密封入不透明信封中。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, all subjects were randomly divided into 45 patients in each group, with a total of 90 patients. The random number was generated by a computer by a statistician who did not know the grouping situation. The random number distribution list was generated by a computer. In a 1 : 1 ratio, the included patients were randomly assigned to the study group ( esketamine group ) or the control group ( conventional anesthesia group ) to complete the grouping of patients participating in the study. The results of randomization were sealed into opaque envelopes by people who were not involved in this study.
