研究目的：

观察补肾健脾灸法对MHD人群矿物质骨代谢紊乱的疗效

Objectives of Study：

To observe the curative effect of Bushen Jianpi Moxibustion on metabolic disorders of minerals in MHD population

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

两组均采用低磷、低盐饮食、优质低蛋白饮食; 维持水、电解质和酸碱平衡; 纠正肾性贫血，控制血糖、血脂; 常规使用降压药药物控制血压;两组患者均正常服用碳酸钙维生素D3咀嚼片600mg 1/日口服，两组药物治疗统计学分析差异无统计学意义。对照组于石家庄肾病医院血液透析中心采用常规血液透析法，应用德国贝朗透析机行血液透析，用水为双极反渗水，透析时均采用一次性透析器，肝素或低分子肝素抗凝，血液透析２～３次／周，４ｈ／次。　观察组在对照组治疗基础上，于透析后加用补肾健脾灸法治疗。患者侧卧，充分暴露腹，取足三里穴和关元穴为施灸部位。为节省人力、方便操作，本研究选择新出产的可以用松紧带固定于穴位上的竹制温灸盒辅助施灸，以保证上述穴位同时施灸。先用签字笔在穴位上做以标记，固定温灸盒，保证温灸盒中央对准穴位中央，松紧度以病人能接受且盒子不会移动为度，点燃艾条，插入艾盒，适时调节艾条与皮肤之间的距离，施灸穴位处温度以病人感到温热舒适、无灼痛为度，中间弹灰1次，保证温度相对恒定。用艾条( 苏州产华佗牌纯艾条) 和灸架( 安徽省天长县寿民灸具厂，国家专利号: 892108339) 施行艾条温和灸关元，足三里。每个穴位每次施灸20分钟。隔日施灸1次，12个月为一个疗程。共连续灸两个疗程。

排除标准：

排除标准①有严重精神疾患及严重病残者；②出现严重并发症，如心力衰竭者；(3)近期艾灸局部皮肤有感染、瘢痕或肿瘤者或伴有糖尿病而血糖控制不理想者。④原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症、继发性甲状旁腺增生、已绝经女性、迟发性营养性代偿病及其他原因引起的代谢性骨病者；⑤患者依从性差、不能遵医嘱服药而影响疗效判定者；⑥患者资料不全，无法判定疗效者。7、合并其他疾病，需要长期接受免疫抑制治疗者;

Exclusion criteria：

5. patient with incomplete information, unable to determine the efficacy;
6. complicated with other diseases, need to accept long term immunosuppressive therapy.
