1.主要目的 评估以硫酸黏菌素为基础的抗感染方案治疗粒细胞缺乏伴发热的血液病患者的有效性 2.次要目的 评估以硫酸黏菌素为基础的抗感染方案治疗粒细胞缺乏伴发热的血液病患者的安全性 3.探索性目的 评估硫酸黏菌素在血液病患者的药代动力学指标（群体药代动力学）  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objectives To evaluate the effectiveness of anti-infection regimen based on Colistin Sulfate in the treatment of hematological patients with agranulocytosis and fever. 2. Secondary objectives To evaluate the safety of anti-infection regimen based on Colistin Sulfate in the treatment of hematological patients with agranulocytosis and fever. 3. Exploratory objectives To evaluate the pharmacokinetic indexes of Colistin Sulfate in patients with hematological diseases (population pharmacokinetics).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤； 2.发热考虑由非感染性因素导致者； 3.妊娠或哺乳妇女； 4.同时参与其他临床试验的患者； 5.其他研究者认为不适宜入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Fever is considered to be caused by non-infectious factors; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time; 5. Other researchers think it is not suitable to be enrolled.
