研究目的：

了解乳酶生治疗男性酒精依赖患者戒断症状及排便异常的临床疗效，对比研究组和对照组治疗前后男性酒精依赖患者戒断症状及排便异常的变化情况。通过对比研究组和对照组治疗前后患者酒精戒断症状及排便的变化，进一步优化男性酒精依赖患者关于戒断症状及排便异常的治疗方案，为治疗提供新的临床思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the clinical efficacy of lactogenesis in the treatment of withdrawal symptoms and abnormal defecation in male alcohol-dependent patients, and to compare the changes of withdrawal symptoms and abnormal defecation in male alcohol-dependent patients before and after treatment between the study group and the control group. By comparing the changes of alcohol withdrawal symptoms and defecation in the study group and the control group before and after treatment, further optimizing the treatment plan of male alcohol dependence patients with withdrawal symptoms and abnormal defecation, providing a new clinical idea for treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有其他严重神经精神疾病； 2.有重大器质性疾病； 3.有其他药物依赖史（烟草依赖除外）； 4.不能按要求配合完成相关评估； 5.目前有参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have other serious neurological and mental illnesses; 2. Having major organic diseases; 3. Have a history of other drug dependence (excluding tobacco dependence); 4. Unable to cooperate in completing relevant assessments as required; 5. Currently participating in other studies.
