研究目的：

通过随机双盲临床对照试验研究从血管生成、铁死亡等多角度，探讨补肾活血方与阿司匹林治疗URSA肾虚血瘀证的有效性及安全性，为临床推广应用中医药治疗URSA未孕先防提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue recipe and aspirin in the treatment of URSA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome through a randomized double-blind clinical controlled trial from the perspectives of angiogenesis and ferroptosis, so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of URSA before pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

使用计算机随机数生成的方法，将受试者分为上述4组，每组受试者均为50例，连续用药3个月。（1）补肾活血方中药颗粒剂（组分：丹参10g，菟丝子20g，桑寄生15g，黄芪15g，阿胶10g，续断15g）规格：15g/袋，用量：1次1袋，日3次口服。（2）阿司匹林肠溶片：规格：25mg/片，用量：1次1片，日3次口服。（3）安慰剂：补肾活血方安慰剂为8%含药量中药颗粒剂，阿司匹林安慰剂不含活性成分，其外观、途径和给药时间均与替代药物相同。（4）合并用药或禁用药：受试者在试验期间，不得同时服用其他有补肾活血功能的中药或中成药，不得同时使用除阿司匹林外其他抗凝药物或使用干扰阿司匹林药效的药物。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Using the method of computer random number generation, the subjects were divided into the above 4 groups, with 50 subjects in each group, and the drug was continuously administered for 3 months. (1) Bushen Huoxuefang TCM granules (composition: Danshen 10g, cuscuta seed 20g, Mulberry Zizi 15g, Astragalus membranaceus 15g, ejiao 10g, Xuduan 15g) Specification: 15g/ bag, dosage: 1 bag once, oral administration 3 times a day. (2) Aspirin enteric-coated tablets: Specification: 25mg/ tablet, dosage: 1 tablet once, oral 3 times a day. (3) Placebo: Bushen Huoxue formula placebo was Chinese medicine granules containing 8% of the drug content, while aspirin placebo did not contain active ingredients, and its appearance, route and administration time were the same as those of alternative drugs. (4) Combination of drug use or prohibition of drug use: During the test period, subjects shall not take any other traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine that has the function of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation, use any anticoagulant drugs other than aspirin or use drugs that interfere with the effect of aspirin.

排除标准：

1. 患RSA有明确病因者； 2. 男方病因明确异常者； 3. 合并其他疾病（如糖尿病、肿瘤、消化系统疾病、心、肝、肾、血液系统疾病及神经精神类疾病）； 4. 生殖道畸形等及内分泌异常者； 5. 明确外伤、排卵障碍、输卵管阻塞等影响再次受孕者； 6. 近期有寄生虫感染、有害毒物接触史等。 7. 妊娠及哺乳期女性； 8. 近期已服用其他中（成）药或三个月内服用激素类药物治疗者； 9. 其他原因不能按时服药者； 10. 正参加其它临床试验的患者； 11. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffering from RSA with a definite cause; 2. The cause of the man is clearly abnormal; 3. Combined with other diseases (such as diabetes, tumors, digestive system diseases, heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases); 4. Reproductive tract deformities and endocrine abnormalities; 5. Clarify trauma, ovulation disorder, fallopian tube blockage, etc. that affect re-conception; 6. Recent history of parasitic infection, exposure to harmful poisons, etc. 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Those who have recently taken other traditional Chinese (patent) medicines or hormone drugs within three months; 9. Those who cannot take the medicine on time for other reasons; 10. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 11. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
