研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 使用IPC降低脑卒中患者深静脉血栓发生率； 2. 次要目的： （1）探寻使用IPC预防脑卒中患者DVT较优使用时长； （2）探讨不同IPC干预时长对纤维蛋白原水平的影响； （3）形成IPC预防脑卒中患者DVT的最佳临床循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main purpose: IPC can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in stroke patients. 2.Secondary purpose: (1) To explore the optimal duration of using IPC to prevent DVT in stroke patients; (2) To explore the effect of different duration of IPC intervention on fibrinogen level; (3) To form the best clinical evidence for IPC to prevent DVT in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.充血性心力衰竭、肺水肿； 2.下肢水肿及皮肤异常(炎症/手术）； 3.下肢血管严重动脉硬化或其他缺血性血管病、下肢严重畸形等； 4.术前一月内使用抗凝药物； 5.慢性肝炎、肝硬化等肝脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema; 2. Lower extremity edema and skin abnormalities ( inflammation / surgery ); 3. Lower extremity vascular severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic vascular disease, lower extremity severe deformity; 4. Use anticoagulant drugs within one month before surgery; 5. Chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and other liver diseases.
