研究目的：

本研究旨在调查福建省癌症患者确诊时及确诊后的烟草使用情况，并基于5A戒烟干预模型对烟草相关癌症患者的戒烟效果，为烟草相关癌症患者提供进一步的烟草控制策略和理论、实践基础。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the tobacco use of cancer patients in Fujian Province at the time of diagnosis and after diagnosis, and to provide further tobacco control strategies and theoretical and practical basis for tobacco related cancer patients based on the effect of 5A smoking cessation intervention model on tobacco related cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 文化水平低至不识字或不理解语义程度的患者； 2. 合并认知障碍的患者； 3. 合并严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者； 4. 沟通交流障碍者、精神异常者、人格障碍者、智力或思维异常无法配合的患者； 5. 正在进行与本研究干预方法相似试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a low cultural level to the point where they cannot read or understand semantics; 2. Patients with combined cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 4. Patients with communication barriers, mental disorders, personality disorders, intellectual or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate; 5. Patients undergoing trials similar to the intervention methods in this study.
