研究目的：

本课题的主要目的是探讨老年髋部骨折术后肺部感染的危险因素，旨在发现可能与术后肺部感染发生相关的客观指标，尤其是实验室指标，并基于客观指标构建风险模型，以帮助临床医护在入院早期发现术后肺部感染的高危患者，也为其早期预防术后肺部感染提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this project is to explore the risk factors for postoperative lung infection in elderly people with hip fracture, to discover objective indicators that may be related to the occurrence of postoperative lung infection, especially laboratory indicators, and to construct a risk model based on objective indicators, so as to help clinical care to detect high-risk patients with postoperative lung infection at early admission, and also provide a basis for early prevention of postoperative lung infection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

未手术治疗；陈旧性骨折（受伤时间至入院时间间距>3周）；病理性骨折或恶性肿瘤；假体周围骨折；多处骨折或开放性骨折；手术前已确诊肺部感染；合并血液系统疾病或免疫系统疾病，如白血病、类风湿性关节炎或系统性红斑狼疮等；临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

No surgical treatment; Old fracture (the interval between injury time and admission time > 3 weeks); Pathological fracture or malignant tumor; Periprosthetic fracture; Multiple fractures or open fractures; Lung infection was diagnosed before operation; Combined with blood system diseases or immune system diseases, such as leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus; The clinical data is incomplete.
