研究目的：

比较研究不同状态的浓缩生长因子即凝胶状浓缩生长因子及液态浓缩生长因子联合脱蛋白牛骨矿物在口腔引导性骨再生术中的临床疗效。包括对种植体颊侧垂直骨高度、骨密度的影响以及对患者术后生活质量的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the changes in the vertical bone height, bone mineral density (BMD), and the quality of life of the patient after guided bone regeneration (GBR) using concentrated growth factors (CGFs) and liquid concentrated growth factors (LPCGFs) together with deproteinized bovine bone mineral (DBBM).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能理解实验内容或中途退出的； 2.对全身性疾病不耐受者； 3.有放射治疗史，正在接受放射治疗和免疫抑制治疗者； 4.严重的牙周炎或口腔卫生不良者； 5.怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to understand the experimental content or withdrew in the middle of the experiment; 2. Intolerant of systemic diseases; 3. Those who have a history of radiation therapy and are receiving radiation therapy and immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Severe periodontitis or poor oral hygiene; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
