研究目的 1）本课题旨在研究超声引导下冲击波治疗骨折延迟愈合人的临床疗效。 2）探究在冲击波治疗中进行超声引导的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

Research purpose 1) The purpose of this study is to study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided shockwave therapy on patients with delayed fracture union. 2) To explore the advantages of ultrasound guidance in shock wave therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准
①开放性骨折；②病理性骨折；③年龄＞60岁的老年患者；④患有周围血管疾病和可能影响关节软骨的代谢或内分泌障碍，例如类风湿关节炎、糖尿病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria 1. Open fracture; 2. Pathological fracture; 3. Aged patients > 60 years old;4. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases and metabolic or endocrine disorders that may affect articular cartilage, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, etc.
