研究目的：

探索加速康复外科理念下腹腔镜胃癌根治术后不放置腹腔引流管及空肠营养管/胃肠减压管的临床安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical safety and feasibility of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy without abdominal drainage tube and jejunal nutrition tube/gastrointestinal decompression tube under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重并发症； 2.伴随有肿瘤出血、幽门梗阻、复发性或残胃癌患者； 3.急诊手术或其它胃肠道手术的患者； 4.术前或术中发现肿瘤远处转移的患者； 5.术中发现腹腔广泛粘连或组织明显水肿的患者； 6.胸腹联合手术或联合脏器切除的患者； 7.术前病理学结果和术后病理学结果不一致的患者； 8.拒绝参与者； 9.患者依从性差以及中途退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With other serious complications. 2. Patients with tumor hemorrhage, and pyloric obstruction, recurrent or remnant gastric cancer. 3. Patients who underwent emergency or other gastrointestinal surgeries. 4. Patients with distant metastasis or simultaneous tumors in other parts of the body preoperatively and intraoperatively. 5. Patients with extensive intraperitoneal adhesions and significant tissue edema intraoperatively. 6. Patients with combined thoracic and abdominal esophagogastrectomy or combined organ resection. 7. Patients with preoperative pathological examination inconsistent with postoperative result. 8. Declined to participate. 9. Patients with poor compliance and withdrew from the study halfway.
