研究目的：

本试验的目的是评估八段锦是否能改善慢性失眠患者的症状和过度觉醒的程度以及两者之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this trial was to assess whether Baduanjin could improve the symptoms and the degree of hyperarousal in patients with chronic insomnia and the correlation between the two.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.试验组排除标准： （1）有明显器质性病变者； （2）服用可能影响结果判定的药物者； （3）严重疼痛，足以引起睡眠障碍或者可能引起失眠的疾病； （4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女、药物成瘾、重金属中毒等患者； （5）存在与失眠症的发病和过程有关的进行性疾病； （6）精神病患者； （7）夜班倒班工作。 2.对照组排除标准： (1) 有内分泌系统疾病、运动系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病患者、感染性疾病、糖尿病等代谢性疾病、精神疾病者； (2) 在试验期间不服从本研究相关的安排者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria of experimental group: (1) Patients with obvious organic lesions; (2) Taking drugs that may affect the determination of results; (3) Severe pain that is sufficient to cause sleep disorders or diseases that may cause insomnia; (4) Pregnant or lactating women, drug addiction, heavy metal poisoning and other patients; (5) The presence of progressive diseases related to the onset and course of insomnia; (6) Patients with mental illness; (7) Night shift work. 2. Exclusion criteria for control group: (1) Patients with endocrine system diseases, motor system diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, diabetes and other metabolic diseases, mental diseases; (2) Disobey the arrangers related to this study during the experiment.
