研究目的：

本研究旨在研究在真实世界的临床诊疗中，阴道直肠隔内异症患者在接受不同手术治疗方案后的手术并发症、术后管理和预后情况，为阴道直肠隔内异症的手术治疗方式、药物治疗、辅助治疗规范、指南的制定提供高级别的循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to identify the surgical complications, postoperative management and prognosis of patients with rectovaginal endometriosis after receiving different surgical therapies in real world clinical treatment, and to provide valid evidence for the formulation of surgical treatment methods, medical therapy, adjuvant therapy and guidelines for rectovaginal endometriosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在常规临床诊疗之外参与其他干预性研究项目的患者； 2.生活状态差，丧失行为能力或失去知觉的患者； 3.拒绝参加研究的患者； 4.合并或诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者； 5.明确存在梗阻性肠道内异症的患者； 6.合并有其他肠道疾病的患者或既往有肠道手术史患者； 7.同时存在可能影响肠道功能的疾病或服用相关药物； 8.同时存在激素类药物的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who participate in other intervention research projects outside of routine clinical diagnosis and treatment; 2. Patients with poor living conditions, loss of behavioral ability or consciousness; 3. Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 4. Patients with combined or diagnosed malignant tumors; 5. Identify patients with obstructive intestinal abnormalities; 6. Patients with other intestinal diseases or a history of intestinal surgery; 7. The presence of diseases or medication that may affect intestinal function; 8. There are contraindications to steroid drugs simultaneously.
