观察免疫功能与新冠病毒感染患者预后的关系及其对临床结局的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the relationship between immune function and prognosis of patients with novel coronavirus infection and its predictive value for clinical outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇； 2.合并自身免疫性疾病、重症肝炎、血液病、先天免疫缺陷、获得性免疫缺陷综合征等免疫功能异常患者； 3.入院前正在使用免疫抑制剂、免疫调节剂及免疫抑制剂量皮质类固醇治疗的患者； 4.拒绝参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, severe hepatitis, blood diseases, congenital immune deficiency syndrome and other immune function abnormalities; 3. Patients who were being treated with immunosuppressive immunomodulators and immunosuppressive doses of corticosteroids prior to admission; 4. Patients who refused to participate in this study.
