研究目的：

在可视插管型喉罩和普通插管型喉罩之间，评价哪类喉罩更适合在初学者，并在人群中推广，作为气道急救的一种方式  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate which type is more suitable for beginners between the visual intubation LMA and the ordinary intubation LMA , and promoting it as a way of airway first aid.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.气道结构异常（张口度<3.0cm,甲颏距离<6.5cm，小颌畸形，Mallampati分级≥III级等）； 2.颌面外科手术、俯卧位或沙滩位手术、需单肺通气等手术； 3.反流误吸高危； 4.咽喉疼痛不适者； 5.限制性通气障碍者（哮喘、COPD等）； 6.存在门齿松动或严重牙列不齐。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal airway structure (mouth opening < 3.0 cm, nail chin distance < 6.5 cm, small jaw deformity, Malampati grade >= III, etc.); 2. Maxillofacial surgery, prone position or beach position surgery, one-lung ventilation and other operations; 3. High risk of reflux aspiration; 4. Suffering from sore throat; 5. Restricted ventilation disorder (asthma, COPD, etc.); 6. There are loose incisors or serious dentition.

研究助理将初学者统一编为1、2………..20，设立种子数为20221030，利用Stata 17.0 软件uniform()函数生成随机数字，再按照随机数字排序，然后利用group() 函数将学生分成研究的可视插管型喉罩组和普通插管型喉罩组。

The research assistant uniformly classifies beginners into number 1, 2 .... 20, and sets the seed number as 20221030, then uses the uniform() function of Stata 17.0 software to generate random numbers, furthermore, sorts them according to the random numbers, and uses the group() function to divide the students.
