研究目的：

1.调查在新型冠状病毒感染防控政策调整后，感染住院患者激增背景下，护士的感知压力现状； 2.探究在新型冠状病毒感染防控政策调整后，感染住院患者激增背景下，护士感知压力的潜在类别特征； 3.分析在新型冠状病毒感染防控政策调整后，感染住院患者激增背景下，护士感知压力的影响因素及其与付出-回报失衡、组织支持感的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current situation of nurses' perceived pressure under the background of the surge of infected inpatients after the adjustment of the novel coronavirus infection prevention and control policy; 2. To explore the potential category characteristics of nurses' perceived stress in the context of the surge of infected inpatients after the adjustment of the novel coronavirus infection prevention and control policy; 3. To analyze the influencing factors of nurses' perceived stress and its relationship with pay return imbalance and organizational support in the context of the surge of infected inpatients after the adjustment of novel coronavirus infection prevention and control policy.
