研究目的：

1.本研究的目的是评估移动应用程序联合智能可穿戴设备的远程康复系统在人工髋关节置换术后应用的可行性，并将其临床结果与常规康复进行比较。 2.为髋关节置换术患者开展远程康复护理提供实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of a remote rehabilitation system based on a mobile app combined with a smart wearable device after total hip arthroplasty (THA) and to compare its clinical outcomes with conventional rehabilitation. 2. To provide practical reference for telerehabilitation nursing for patients with hip replacement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.行关节翻修术或双侧关节置换术；
2.术后3个月内将接受其他下肢手术；
3.伴有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病；
4.伴有手术部位以外的其他限制肢体活动的神经系统或骨骼肌肉系统疾病；
5.术后病情不稳定，发生严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Revision or bilateral arthroplasty;
2. Will receive other lower limb surgery within 3 months after operation;
3. Accompanied by serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases;
4. with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases outside the surgical site that limit limb movement;
5. Unstable postoperative condition and serious complications occurred.
