探究术前肾功能对肾部分切除术术后肾功能影响。

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the impact of baseline renal function on postoperative renal function decline.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.缺少必要肾功能数据患者（术前2周、术后3-15月）； 2.术后3月内因肾脏出血（肾动脉瘤等）行肾功能血管栓塞术或在随访期内行根治性肾切除术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a preoperative estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 15 mL/min/1.73 m2; 2. Patients with a solitary kidney; 3. Patients with insufficient renal function data either before or after surgery; 4. Patients who underwent selective trans-arterial embolization for renal arterial pseudoaneurysm after surgery or radical nephrectomy for recurrence between 3 and 15 months after surgery.
