研究目的：

老年患者无痛胃镜适宜镇静/麻醉深度的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploration of the appropriate level of sedation/anesthesia depth for elderly patients woth painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

各分组采用丙泊酚进行镇静，根据表1所示各镇静诱导剂量进行诱导，若未达到目标镇静水平，则以各分组的诱导追加剂量滴定至目标水平，两次追加间隔不短于1min。若受试者在接受诱导剂量或诱导追加剂量后镇静水平超过目标镇静水平，则该受试者视为入组失败自动终止试验。 表1 轻度镇静组（I组）、中度镇静组（II组）、深度镇静组（III组）、麻醉组（IV组）镇静诱导及滴定剂量丙泊酚 分组 目标镇静水平 镇静诱导剂量(mg·kg-1) 诱导追加剂量(mg·kg-1·次-1) I组 轻度镇静 0.5 0.2 II组 中度镇静 1 0.2 III组 深度镇静 1.5 0.5 IV组 麻醉 2.5 0.5  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Each group was sedated with propofol and induced according to the sedation induction doses shown in Table 1. If the target sedation level was not reached, the additional induction dose of each group was titrated to the target level, and the interval between two additions was not less than 1 min.If the subject's sedation level exceeds the target sedation level after receiving an induction dose or an induction supplemental dose, the subject will be deemed to have failed to enter the group and the trial will be automatically terminated. 纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 计划行食道异物取出、消化道息肉切除等其他内镜下诊疗操作/手术； 2. 存在各种门诊麻醉禁忌症及相对禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who plan to take out esophageal foreign body, resection of gastrointestinal polyps and other endoscopic diagnosis and treatment operations / operations;
2. Patients with various anesthesia contraindications and relative contraindications.

由独立人员制作随机数字表及分组标准。各研究者现场拆随机信封，明确受试者被随机分配接受轻度镇静组（I组）、中度镇静组（II组）、深度镇静组（III组）、麻醉组（IV组）

The random number table and grouping criteria are prepared by independent personnel。The researchers opens the random envelope on the spot，to make sure that subjects were randomly assigned.

盲法：

因各分组镇静深度不同，无法对受试者及相关医护人员设盲。但研究目的及研究方案等并不告知于术间中实施无痛胃镜诊疗的麻醉医生、内镜操作医生和内镜护士。研究结果由另外的评价研究者负责整理分析。

Blinding：

Because of the different depth of sedation in each group, the subjects and related medical staff could not be blinded. However, the anesthesiologists, endoscopic surgeons and endoscopic nurses who implement painless gastroscopy during the operation were not informed of the purpose and scheme of the study. The results were analyzed by another evaluation researcher.
