研究目的:

本研究拟建立1种便携式肌力监测系统,对TKA患者术后居家锻炼实施监测,并督促患者康复锻炼。基于膝关节肌力和活动度监测系统的干预能够提高膝关节置换患者术后膝关节的肌肉力量和功能。提高患者居家锻炼的依从性,促进患者术后的康复。本项目通过TENG力量传感器整合到膝关节支具,对TKA术后的肌肉力量进行采集,并结合手机APP对肌肉力量进行监测和干预,通过该监测系统将患者康复锻炼过程中的活动度和肌肉力量进行量化,得到具体的数值变化,为以后的TKA患者术后康复建立一种康复指标。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to establish a portable muscle strength monitoring system to monitor the postoperative home exercise of TKA patients and urge the patients to take rehabilitation exercises.?Intervention based on knee muscle strength and range of motion monitoring system can improve the muscle strength and function of knee joint in patients after knee replacement.?Improve the compliance of patients with home exercise, promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.?In this project, TENG force sensor is integrated into the knee brace to collect the muscle strength after TKA, and monitor and intervene the muscle strength in combination with the machine APP. Through this monitoring system, the range of motion and muscle strength of patients during rehabilitation exercise are quantified to obtain specific numerical changes, so as to establish a rehabilitation index for the postoperative rehabilitation of TKA patients in the future.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)单间室置换或非初次行全膝关节置换术;
(2)有关节感染、关节结核或骨髓炎既往史,或下肢在6个月内曾行外科手术;
(3)合并严重心、脑、肾等器官功能障碍;
(4)合并其他严重膝关节疾病损伤,导致患者的髋及踝等关节发生病变而引起严重畸
形;
(5)患者伴有精神疾病或认知障碍,不能学习及参与康复训练;
(6)已参加其他类似康复功能训练项?,或出院后转往其他医疗机构康复者;
(7)无法定期回医院复查的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Unicompartmental replacement or non-primary total knee arthroplasty;
(2) History of joint infection, joint tuberculosis or osteomyelitis, or surgical operation of lower limbs within 6 months;
(3) Severe dysfunction of heart, brain and kidney;
(4) Combined with other serious knee joint diseases and injuries, resulting in serious deformity of the patient 's hip and ankle joints;
(5) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment are unable to learn and participate in rehabilitation training;
(6) Patients who have participated in other similar rehabilitation function training programs, or transferred to other medical institutions for rehabilitation after discharge;
(7) Patients who cannot return to the hospital for regular reexamination.
