Objectives of Study：

To improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) performance of anesthesiology residents. To assess whether trial-and-error practice combined with simulation would improve learning quality.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非中国国籍的规范化培训住院医师； 2.进修住院医师； 3.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的学员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Standardized training for residents of non-Chinese nationality; 2. Continuing residency; 3. Students who are judged by the researcher as unsuitable for the study.
