研究目的：

比较不同剂量艾司氯胺酮用于缓解小儿扁桃体腺样体切除术后苏醒期躁动的效果，并确定艾司氯胺酮的合理剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of different doses of esketamine on relieving agitation in children after tonsillectomy and determine the reasonable dose of esketamine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 上呼吸道感染； 2. 流涕或鼻腔分泌物较多； 3. 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征； 4. 对试验药物过敏或存在禁忌证； 5. 合并严重系统性疾病； 6. 用药前 2 周内有过全身麻醉的患儿； 7. 用药前 24 小时内使用过麻醉性镇痛药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Upper respiratory tract infection; 2. Runny nose or nasal secretions; 3. Sleep apnea syndrome; 4. Allergy to the test drug or contraindication; 5. Combined with serious systemic diseases; 6. Children who have had general anesthesia within 2 weeks before the medication; 7. Narcotic analgesics have been used within 24 hours before the medication.
