研究目的:

探究短期运动干预对肥胖成年男性代谢灵活性的改善程度及中等强度有氧训练(MICT)和高强度间歇训练(HIIT)两种运动方式对于代谢灵活性短期干预效果的差异。  

Objectives of Study:

Investigating the extent of improvement in metabolic flexibility for obese adult males through short-term exercise intervention, and the differential effects of moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on metabolic flexibility in short-term interventions.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 三个月内体重变化超过2kg; 2. 空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L; 3. 胰岛素抵抗指数HOMA -IR>2.7; 4. 空腹总胆固醇(TC)≥5.2mmol/L,和(或)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)≥3.4mmol/L,和(或)高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)<1mmol/L, 和(或)甘油三酯(TG)≥1.7mmol/L ; 5. 吸烟人群。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participants with a weight change of more than 2 kg within the last three months; 2. Participants with a fasting blood glucose level of >= 6.1 mmol/L; 3. Participants with a homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) > 2.7; 4. Participants with a fasting total cholesterol (TC) level of >= 5.2 mmol/L, and/or low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) level of >= 3.4 mmol/L, and/or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level of < 1 mmol/L, and/or triglyceride (TG) level of >= 1.7 mmol/L; 5. Participants who smoke.
