1、探索CMI发生率及其危险因素； 2、探查CMI与其他脑小血管病影像标志物的关联； 3、揭示CMI的发病机制； 4、阐释CMI导致认知功能障碍的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the incidence of CMI and its risk factors; 2. To explore the association between CMI and other imaging markers of cerebral small vessel disease; 3. To reveal the pathogenesis of CMI; 4. To elucidate the mechanism by which CMI leads to cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、图像质量欠佳无法评估分析； 2、其他脑部疾病:如肿瘤、外伤、代谢/中毒、感染等； 3、抑郁或其他精神类疾病。符合上述一项即排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality that unable to evaluate and analyze; 2. Other brain diseases: such as tumors, trauma, metabolism/poisoning, infections, etc.; 3. Depression or other mental illnesses. If one of the above items is met, it will be exclud.
