研究目的：

1.明确杨甲三调神针法治疗 ASD 患者临床疗效； 2.从脑区自发活动和脑功能连接角度初步探讨杨甲三调神针法改善 ASD 临床症状的脑神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical efficacy of Yangjia Santiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of ASD; 2. To explore the brain neural mechanism of Yangjia Santiaoshen acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms of ASD from the perspective of spontaneous activity and functional connectivity in brain regions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有心血管、肾脏、肝脏和造血系统等严重躯体疾病的患者； 2.体格检查显示有严重先天性或后天性肢体畸形者； 3.因外伤或先天因素导致的头骨缺失和（或）颅脑闭合不全者； 4.视力或听力严重障碍或丧失者； 5.有严重的其他神经系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious physical diseases such as cardiovascular, renal, liver and hematopoietic system; 2. Severe congenital or acquired limb deformities on physical examination; 3. Skull absence and/or dysraphism due to trauma or congenital factors; 4. Severe impairment or loss of vision or hearing; 5. Patients with other severe neurological disorders.
