研究目的：

使用小剂量艾司氯胺酮辅助全麻诱导，拟有效改善患者诱导后血流动力学的剧烈波动，以及探索丙泊酚的使用的最佳剂量，为临床应用提供参考，以提高麻醉诱导的安全性，指导麻醉医生在麻醉诱导时合理给药。  

Objectives of Study：

The use of low-dose esketamine to assist general anesthesia induction is intended to effectively improve the sharp fluctuations of hemodynamics after induction in patients, and explore the optimal dose of propofol to provide a reference for clinical application, so as to improve the safety of anesthesia induction and guide anesthesiologists to administer rationally during anesthesia induction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.相关麻醉药过敏史； 2.未经控制的高血压患者； 3.严重心肺功能异常； 4.预计气管插管困难患者； 5.气道高反应疾病患者； 6.1月以内有上呼吸道感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergy to the drug studied; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities; 4. Patients with endotracheal intubation difficulties are expected; 5. Patients with airway hyperresponsiveness; 6. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month.
