Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of three methods of the right, left and middle mouth angle approach on success rate, intubation time, intubation times, intubation complications, under view laryngoscope.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有心、脑等重要系统器官疾病； 2. 气道损伤或受压； 3. 既往有咽喉部结构病变或手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with diseases of heart, brain and other important system organs; 2. Airway injury or compression; 3. There is a history of structural lesions or surgery in the throat.
