研究目的：

颞叶癫痫在癫痫病人中发病率较高，且多为药物难治性癫痫，手术治疗对于癫痫的控制具有较好的效果。精确切除致痫灶是癫痫手术的关键，本研究拟采用PET-MR多模态一体化成像技术对颞叶癫痫患者开展研究。提高颞叶癫痫定位及定侧的准确性，从而通过手术精确切除致痫灶。  

Objectives of Study：

Temporal lobe epilepsy has a high prevalence among epileptic patients and is mostly drug-refractory epilepsy, and surgical treatment is more effective for epilepsy control.Precise resection of the epileptogenic focus is the key to epilepsy surgery, and this study is proposed to investigate patients with temporal lobe epilepsy using integrated PET-MR multimodality imaging.To improve the accuracy of temporal lobe epilepsy localization and lateralization, so that the epileptogenic focus can be precisely removed by surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明显的幽闭恐惧症;
2.对PET/MR成像有标准禁忌的受试者;
3.因糖尿病或其他疾病导致血糖控制不佳（试验当天空腹血糖值大于 11.1 mmol/L）或其他原因而无法进行 PET-MR 检查者；
4.脑血管疾病(多发性脑血管疾病或过去六个月内发生的脑血管疾病);
5.不能够或不愿意忍受在治疗期间长期处于仰卧位的受试者;
6.精神疾病如：抑郁症状、精神分裂症、妄想、幻觉或自杀意念等患者;
7.有脑肿瘤的患者;
8.妊娠期或哺乳期患者;
9.已进行颞叶癫痫头部手术治疗的受试者;
10.体重超过治疗床承重上限的受试者或不适合PET/MR扫描的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has obvious claustrophobia; 2. Subjects with standard contraindications to PET/MR imaging; 3. Those who are unable to perform PET-MR due to poor glycemic control (fasting glucose value > 11.1 mmol/L on the day of the test) or other reasons due to diabetes or other diseases 4. Cerebrovascular disease (multiple cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular disease that occurred within the past six months); 5. Subjects who are unable or unwilling to tolerate prolonged supine positioning during treatment; 6. Patients with mental illnesses such as depressive symptoms, schizophrenia, delusions, hallucinations or suicidal ideation; 7. Patients with brain tumors; 8. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 9. Subjects who have undergone surgical head treatment for temporal lobe epilepsy; 10. Subjects whose weight exceeds the upper weight limit of the treatment bed or patients who are not suitable for PET/MR scanning.

神经内科医生根据国际抗癫痫联盟2017年诊断标准，结合患者临床病史和相关检查，确认为患有颞叶癫痫者。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

A person with temporal lobe epilepsy confirmed by a neurologist according to the International League Against Epilepsy 2017 diagnostic criteria, combined with the patient's clinical history and relevant investigations.
