研究目的：

对比单纯针刺治疗，探讨针刺结合刃针治疗的有效性及显效性，为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供参考及依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with simple acupuncture treatment, to explore the effectiveness and obvious effectiveness of acupuncture combined with blade acupuncture treatment, and provide reference and basis for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有膝关节严重外伤史或膝关节手术史；
②患有类风湿性关节炎、痛风等关节疾病或有半月板、韧带损伤者；
③合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、内分泌等严重内科疾病或精神病、恶性肿瘤及其他影响膝关节的疾病（如骨肿瘤、骨结核等）患者；
④处于哺乳期、妊娠或备孕的妇女；
⑤长期服用非甾体抗炎药、糖皮质激素或止痛药等可能影响疗效药物的患者；
⑥正在参加其他临床试验的患者及不能保证按时治疗按时随诊者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of serious knee injury or knee surgery; 2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and other joint diseases or meniscus ligament injury; 3. Patients with serious medical diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, hepatorenal endocrine, or psychiatric malignant tumors and other diseases affecting the knee joint (such as bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, etc.); 4. Women in lactation or pregnancy preparation; 5. Patients who take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as glucocorticoids or analgesics for a long time that may affect the efficacy of drugs; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and those who cannot ensure timely treatment and follow-up.
