研究目的：

本研究通过主客观警觉度测量法于不同时间节点分别测量不同倒班模式护士工作警觉度水平，绘制警觉度和嗜睡随时间变化的曲线图，了解不同倒班模式护士工作警觉度变化趋势，为完善医院管理、护理排班以及制定相关干预措施提供科学依据，有利于保护患者安全和护士职业健康，促进护理队伍稳态发展和护理质量的提高。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the subjective and objective alertness measurement methods were used to measure the work alertness level of nurses in different shift modes at different time nodes, draw the curve of alertness and lethargy changing with time, understand the change trend of work alertness of nurses in different shift modes, and provide scientific basis for improving hospital management, nursing scheduling and formulating relevant intervention measures, which is conducive to protecting patient safety and nurses' occupational health, Promote the steady development of nursing team and the improvement of nursing quality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有慢性疾病、位于妊娠期、长期吸烟和酗酒、使用精神类以及服用睡眠相关药物的倒班护士；工作可是为手术室、急诊室、ICU；在过去3个月内经历可能影响心理状态的重大事件，例如丧亲等。

Exclusion criteria：

Shift nurses suffering from chronic diseases, being in pregnancy, smoking and drinking for a long time, using psychiatric drugs and taking sleep-related drugs; They work in the operating room, emergency room and ICU; Experience major events that may affect the psychological state in the past three months, such as bereavement.
