研究目的：

本项目拟采集中国汉族人群不同类型和模式下的志愿者血液、尿液进行代谢组和转录组测序，基于机器学习等人工智能的方法对样本进行多组学分析，从而建立膳食类型与代谢物表型相关性，找到不同比例蛋白、脂肪、碳水化合物等饮食结构下的标志代谢物，构建不同饮食模式干预下的人体代谢物指纹图谱；构建不同饮食模式代谢物的信号通路和网络模型，通过机器学习、人工智能等方法确定不同饮食类型和模式下的特征代谢物。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to collect blood and urine from volunteers of different types and patterns in the Chinese Han population for metabolome and transcriptome sequencing, and conduct multi-omics analysis on the samples based on artificial intelligence methods such as machine learning, so as to establish dietary types and metabolites Phenotypic correlation, find the marker metabolites under different dietary structures such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, etc., and construct human metabolite fingerprints under the intervention of different dietary patterns; build signaling pathways and network models of metabolites in different dietary patterns, through Methods such as machine learning and artificial intelligence identify characteristic metabolites under different diet types and patterns.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕妇、哺乳期； 2. 服用不适合纳入研究药物的人群（神经类，激素类等）； 3. 患有其他不适合纳入研究的疾病（糖尿病，高血脂症等）； 4. 存在进食障碍、暴饮暴食等不健康饮食习惯； 5. 存在食物过敏原； 6. 不在生理周期内。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women and lactating period; 2. People taking drugs that are not suitable for inclusion in the study (nervous drugs, hormone drugs, etc.); 3. Suffering from other diseases that are not suitable for inclusion in the study (diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.); 4. Unhealthy eating habits such as eating disorders and overeating; 5. Presence of food allergens; 6. Not in the menstrual cycle.
