研究目的：

评价在符文彬教授“疏肝调神”理论指导下的针刺结合皮内针治疗轻度抑郁障碍的有效性及安全性，形成可推广的针灸抗抑郁疗法方案；客观化度量该方案的临床疗效与认知加工模式之间的关系，对以“疏肝调神”为指导思想的针刺结合皮内针疗法治疗抑郁障碍的认知神经机制进行探讨。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of mild depressive disorder under the guidance of Professor Fu Wenbin's theory of "soothing the liver and regulating the mind", so as to form an antidepressant therapy program of acupuncture and moxibustion that can be popularized. Objectification measures the relationship between clinical efficacy and cognitive processing mode, and probes into the cognitive neural mechanism of acupuncture combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of depressive disorder under the guidance of "soothing the liver and regulating the mind".

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有自杀倾向者； 2.既往诊断有智能障碍、精神分裂症、躁郁症、物质滥用（如：酒精依赖）或其他精神障碍类疾病； 3.癫痫发作史或强阳性癫痫家族史、脑器质性疾病及严重躯体疾病史者； 4.6 周内（含 6 周）正在服用抗抑郁药物者； 5.妊娠、备孕或哺乳期； 6.合并有皮损或皮肤病、严重糖尿病、肿瘤及重要脏器功能不全或严重肝、肾、心血管、内分泌、呼吸系统和造血系统等内科疾病者； 7.其他中枢或周围神经病变患者； 8.经颅多普勒超声不能获得稳定脑血流速度包络线或未探及监测血管的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with suicidal tendencies; 2. Previous diagnoses of mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse (such as alcohol dependence) or other mental disorders; 3. Epileptic seizure history or strong positive family history of epilepsy, organic brain disease and serious physical disease; 4. Patients taking antidepressants within 6 weeks (including 6 weeks); 5. Pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients with skin lesions or skin diseases, severe diabetes, tumors and major organ insufficiency or serious internal diseases of liver, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory and hematopoietic systems; 7. Patients with other central or peripheral neuropathy; 8. Subjects who cannot obtain stable cerebral blood flow velocity envelope by transcranial Doppler ultrasound or who have not explored and monitored blood vessels.
