本研究通过对比有无使用虚拟现实肌电外骨骼上肢康复训练系统治疗的疗效,明确本方案使用的虚拟现实肌电外骨骼上肢康复训练系统的临床有效性,为脑卒中患者的治疗提供新方法;通过分析患者干预前后脑网络的改变,探究脑可塑性的变化,明确虚拟现实肌电外骨骼上肢康复训练对于脑功能重塑的干预机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this study, the clinical effectiveness of the virtual reality electromyographic upper limb rehabilitation training system used in this program was determined by comparing whether or not the efficacy of the virtual reality electromyographic upper limb rehabilitation training system was used, which provided a new method for the treatment of stroke patients. By analyzing the changes of brain network before and after the intervention, the changes of brain plasticity were explored, and the intervention mechanism of virtual reality myoelectric exoskeleton upper limb rehabilitation training on brain function remodeling was clarified. |

1. 体内外有磁共振禁忌植入物(患者体内有铁磁性植入物,心脏起搏器等); 2. 有癫痫病史,精神类疾病,或其他有严重认知、情绪功能障碍的疾病等; 3. 其他影响肢体活动的疾病或因素,如:骨折,严重的关节炎,截肢等; 4. 影响中枢神经的药物史; 5. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性等。 |
