研究目的：

1.明确创伤中心护士核心胜任力的内涵，构建一套符合我国医疗体制与适合我国专科护理发展需求的创伤中心护士核心胜任力评价指标体系。 2.明确创伤中心护士职责，提高从业护士对核心胜任力的认识水平，继而提升自身工作水平，追求高质量完成创伤中心护理工作。 3.为我国创伤中心护士的培养和职业准入提供科学指导和客观有效的参考依据，从而促进我国急诊医学护理事业的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the connotation of the core competency of nurses in trauma centers, and construct a set of core competency evaluation index system for nurses in trauma centers that conforms to our medical system and the development needs of our specialized nursing. 2. To clarify the responsibilities of nurses in the trauma center, improve the awareness of core competency of nurses, and then improve their own work level, so as to pursue high-quality nursing work in the trauma center. 3. To provide scientific guidance and objective and effective reference basis for the cultivation and occupation access of trauma center nurses, so as to promote the development of the nursing of emergency medicine in our country.

主要职业为高校护理学教师者，且每年从事护理、护理管理工作少于6月。

Exclusion criteria：

The main occupation of nursing teachers in colleges and universities, and engaged in nursing, nursing management work less than 6 months per year.

According to the progress of the research, raw research data should be made freely available to all researchers in specific ways.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
