研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究基于眼动的精准化注意训练对脑卒中患者认知障碍的有效性。 2. 次要目的： 探究基于眼动的精准化注意训练对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响；探究卒中后认知功能障碍患者的眼动特征及与量表的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to explore the effect of precision attention training based on eye movement on cognitive impairment in patients with stroke. 2. Secondary purpose: to explore the effect of precision attention training based on eye movement on the activities of daily living of patients with stroke; to explore the characteristics of eye movement in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke and the correlation with the scales.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有其他影响认知的神经疾病，如帕金森、多发性硬化、痴呆、皮质下动脉硬化性脑病等； 2.发病时并发其他严重的心、肺、肾功能不全； 3.卒中后伴有严重的精神障碍等不能理解配合治疗； 4.伴有视空间忽略或视野缺损。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied with other neurological diseases that affect cognition, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, subcortical Arteriosclerosis encephalopathy, etc; 2. When the disease occurs, it is accompanied by other serious heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe mental disorders after stroke cannot understand and cooperate with treatment; 4. Accompanied by visual space neglect or visual field defect.
