研究目的：

本研究利新型前列腺特异性膜抗原显像剂：碘-123/125 标记的PSMA旨在进行： （1） 前列腺癌根治术的生化复发的诊断； （2） 前列腺癌患者的早期诊断； （3） 确诊前列腺癌患者的分期； （4） 提高前列腺癌患者穿刺阳性率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study using a novel prostate-specific membrane antigen imaging agent: iodine-123/125 labeled PSMA was to: (1) Diagnosis of biochemical recurrence after radical resection of prostate cancer; (2) Early diagnosis of prostate cancer patients; (3) The stage of diagnosed prostate cancer; (4) Improve the positive rate of puncture in prostate cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其他系统疾病的患者； 2. 不耐受PET 和SPECT检查的患者； 3. 计划一周内行内分泌药物治疗或放射性治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other systemic diseases; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate PET and SPECT examinations; 3. Patients who plan to receive endocrine drug therapy or radiotherapy within one week.
