研究目的：

1.探索短双歧杆菌207-1及副干酪乳杆菌207-27对成年人肠道健康（如肠道菌群及其代谢产物、排便情况等）以及免疫系统的作用； 2.初步探索短双歧杆菌207-1及副干酪乳杆菌207-27对精神健康是否有潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the role of Bifidobacterium breve 207-1 and Lactobacillus paracasei 207-27 on intestinal health (e.g., intestinal flora and its metabolites, defecation status, etc.) and the immune system in adults; 2. Preliminary exploration of whether Bifidobacterium breve 207-1 and Lactobacillus paracasei 207-27 have potential effects on mental health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期服用过抗生素、益生菌、益生元等影响试验结果者（酸奶不算其中）；
2.有器质性疾病者，如心脏病、肝硬化等；
3.有精神障碍者；
4.经县级以上医院诊断患有慢性非传染性疾病，如高血压、痛风、糖尿病等；
5.经县级以上医院诊断患有药物过敏、食物过敏、鼻炎等过敏性疾病的患者，或有过敏性疾病病史者
6.有胃肠道手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have recently taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, etc. that affect the test results (yogurt does not count among them);
2. Those with organic diseases, such as heart disease, liver cirrhosis, etc.;
3. Those who have mental disorders;
4. Diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with chronic non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension, gout, diabetes, etc.;
5. Patients diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with allergic diseases such as drug allergy, food allergy, rhinitis, etc., or those with a history of allergic diseases;
6. Have a history of gastrointestinal surgery.

研究设计者将受试者按照性别分层，采用SPSS 22.0随机数字方法，将受试者随机分成A、B、C、D、E组，每组40人，其中男性10人，女性30人。采用信封法将5种益生菌随机分配给5组。A、B、C、D、E组分别对应207-27低剂量组、207-27高剂量组、207-1低剂量组、207-1高剂量组、安慰剂组。试验全程遵守盲法，调查员和受试者均不清楚分组情况。

The study designer stratified the subjects by gender and randomized them into groups A, B, C, D, and E using the SPSS 22.0 random numbers method. There were 40 subjects in each group, of which 10 were male and 30 were female. Five probiotics were randomly assigned to five groups by envelope
