研究目的：

肠道微生物在脑-肠轴调节中发挥关键作用，对宿主的应激反应、焦虑、抑郁和认知功能产生重要影响。本研究旨在通过研究双相情感障碍患者治疗前后肠道微生态不同细菌数量、宏基因组成变化，以及患者免疫指标的改变，为双相情感障碍患者的诊断寻找生物标记物，探索治疗的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The gut microbes play a key role in the brain–gut–microbiota axis, and have great influence on the host response of stress, anxiety, depression, and cognitive function.This study aims to monitor how the quantities and metagenome of gut microbiota change, as well as the immunological indexes, around treatment in patients with bipolar disorder. We attempt to find the biomarkers of bipolar disorder, and explore new therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）一年内曾患躯体疾病：心血管疾病、内分泌疾病（糖尿病、甲状腺疾病等）、肥胖、消化系统疾病（肝硬化、脂肪肝、肠易激综合征、炎性肠病等）、物质滥用等；
（2）1个月之内曾使用抗生素、微生态制剂、益生元、合生元或饮用酸奶者；
（3）细菌、真菌、病毒感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffered the following physical diseases within a year:cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease (diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, etc.), obesity, digestive system diseases (liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.), substance abuse and so on;
(2) A history of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics or yoghurt use within a month;
(3) Infectious state (bacteria, fungi, and viruses).
