研究目的：

本研究旨在基于随机交叉试验设计，通过探索表面肌电信号、步态及足底压力参数的即时变化明确下肢柔性外骨骼机器人对于脑卒中患者步行功能的即时效果，为未来柔性外骨骼机器人的临床应用和产品优化提供重要的临床反馈。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the immediate effect of Soft-exosuit on lower extremity sEMG and gait in patients after stroke based on a cross-over trial and to provide clinical feedback for future clinical applications and product optimization of Soft-exosuit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）病情尚未稳定；
（2）严重认知功能障碍；
（3）伴有有严重的肌骨、心脏、神经、皮肤和前庭系统合并症；
（4）严重的外周动脉疾病；
（5）静息心率低于50次/分钟或高于100次/分钟，静息血压低于90/60 mmHg或高于200/100 mmHg；
（6）外骨骼使用的任何禁忌症，如: 聚氨酯过敏、腿长差异、身高/体重限制，设备接触点开放性溃疡等。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）The disease is not yet stable
（2）Severe cognitive impairment
（3）With severe musculoskeletal, cardiac, neurological, cutaneous and vestibular system comorbidities
（4）Severe peripheral arterial disease
（5）Resting heart rate below 50 beats per minute or above 100 beats per minute, resting blood pressure below 90/60 mmHg or above 200/100 mmHg
（6）Any contraindications to exoskeleton use, such as polyurethane allergy, leg length discrepancies, height/weight restrictions, open ulcers at device contact points, etc.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

每一名受试者都将以随机顺序分别接受柔性外骨骼（有动力）、柔性外骨骼（无动力）、无柔性外骨骼3种干预手段。随机策略采取简单随机法，同一研究者预先通过电脑软件生成随机顺序，并按受试者先后顺序配对预先生成的随机顺序。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Every participants will reived Soft-exosuit (power)、Soft-exosuit(no power) and No Soft-exosuit 3 conditions randomly. The Random strategy adpots the simple random method, the researcher generates a random oreder through computer software in advaced,and participants will paired sequentially to a pre-generated random order.
