研究目的：

1.研究第一部分建立睡眠-觉醒障碍患者队列，发现短期失眠障碍慢性化、慢性失眠障碍复发的影响因素，揭示慢性失眠障碍及共病的演化规律，构建可以指导慢性失眠障碍二、三级预防的预警体系。 2.筛选睡眠-觉醒障碍的遗传、代谢、免疫、内分泌及脑神经递质等标志物，构建失眠障碍及共病的复合诊断指标体系。 3.采用真实世界研究明确传统方案治疗慢性失眠障碍及共病的疗效与安全性。评估与验证模块化认知行为疗法治疗失眠多重共病、经颅磁刺激治疗失眠共病的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish cohort of patients with sleep disorders, to identify and reveal the characteristics of the occurrence and development of chronic insomnia disorder, to reveal the evolution process of chronic insomnia and comorbidity, and to construct the early warning system for prevention of chronic insomnia disorders. 2. To find the genetic, metabolic, immune, endocrine and neurotransmitter markers of sleep-wake disorders, and build a complex diagnostic system of insomnia disorders and comorbidities. 3. Real-world studies were used to determine the efficacy and safety of traditional regiments for chronic insomnia disorders and comorbidities. To evaluate and validate the efficacy and safety of modular cognitive behavioral therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation for chronic insomnia and comorbidities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.甲亢患者； 2.严重躯体和精神疾病患者； 3.不能配合完成问卷调查和实验室检测项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hyperthyroidism; 2. Patients with severe physical and mental disease; 3. Patients who cannot finish questionnaire survey and laboratory testing projects.
