研究目的：

通过中枢联合外周磁刺激对亚急性脑卒中患者上肢功能进行训练，来探讨不同组患者上肢功能及日常生活能力评定相关量表：Fugl-Meyer评估（FMA），改良Barthel指数（MBI）,上肢动作研究量表（ARAT）和改良的Ashworth分级量表（MAS）评分之间的相关性，最终找到最适合改善患者上肢功能的TMS的治疗方式，以及通过联合两种不同rTMS治疗方式最终达到提升患者日常生活能力，运动功能的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Through central and peripheral magnetic stimulation to train the upper limb function of patients with subacute stroke, to explore the correlation between the upper limb function and ability of daily living assessment scales of patients in different groups: Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), modified Barthel index (MBI), upper limb movement research scale (ARAT) and modified Ashworth grading scale (MAS) scores, and finally find the most suitable treatment method for TMS to improve the upper limb function of patients, And through the combination of two different rTMS treatment methods, the goal of improving the daily living ability and motor function of patients is finally achieved

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)）存在意识障碍、有严重的认知或心理障碍不能配合研究者；2）全身状况差、有严重疾患不适合康复治疗者；3）无法接受rPMS及rTMS治疗的患者；4）治疗部位有金属内植物；5）改良Ashworth分级≧Ⅱ级。

Exclusion criteria：

1) ) There are consciousness barriers, serious cognitive or psychological barriers that cannot cooperate with the researcher; 2) Those who are in poor general condition and have serious diseases and are not suitable for rehabilitation treatment; 3) Patients who cannot receive rPMS and rTMS treatment; 4) There are metal implants in the treatment site; 5) Improved Ashworth grading >= Grade II.
