研究目的:

通过比较CCFES和NMES的神经电生理指标,探索左右制衡机制下单侧双侧电刺激对脑卒中患者上肢运动皮质兴奋性的影响;探究CCFES对脑卒中后上肢功能康复的即时效应和短期疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

By comparing the neurophysiological indexes of CCFES and NMES, to explore the effect of unilateral bilateral electrical stimulation on the excitability of upper limb motor cortex in stroke patients under left-right balance mechanism. To explore the immediate and short-term effects of CCFES on upper limb functional rehabilitation after stroke.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.进展性脑卒中; 2.存在严重认知及交流障碍而不能配合治疗; 3.患侧上肢存在严重痉挛(改良Ashworth分级≥3级)、严重疼痛,影响肢体活动; 4.伴严重脏器功能不全,体内含金属植入物、心脏起搏器等; 5.因各种原因中途退出,未能完成实验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Progressive stroke; 2. There are serious cognitive and communication disorders and can not cooperate with treatment; 3. The affected upper limb had severe spasm (modified Ashworth grade >= 3) and severe pain, which affected limb movement; 4. With severe organ dysfunction, the body contains metal implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.; 5. Exit for various reasons, failed to complete the experiment.
