Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

如果患者家属存在以下情况将不被纳入： a. 存在影响沟通和决策能力的任何障碍(如晚期痴呆、耳聋或失语症)。

Exclusion criteria：

Caregivers will be ineligible if they are: a. Presence of any impairments influencing communication and decision-making capacity identified (e.g. advanced dementia, deafness or aphasia).
