研究目的：

我们设想将沉浸式虚拟现实技术应用于经阴道分娩产妇中，以减轻产妇第一产程分娩疼痛和焦虑，提高产妇的分娩体验，增加就医满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

We hypothesized that the application of immersive virtual reality on vaginal delivery women to reduce the pain and anxiety of the first stage of labor, improve the delivery experience and increase the satisfaction of medical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的晕动病； 2. 活动性恶心及呕吐； 3. 癫痫病史； 4. 精神疾病； 5. 视听障碍； 6. 产前诊断胎儿畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe motion sickness; 2. Active nausea and vomiting; 3. History of epilepsy; 4. Mental illness; 5. Visual and audio impairment; 6. Prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations.
