研究目的:

研究混合现实技术在骨折手术导航中的准确性与可行性。本导航系统可将内植物安全、准确、稳定地放置在相应的解剖部位。与人工操作相比,使用导航系统可以实时观察并量化显示骨折复位情况,内植物植入过程中亦可显示规划路径与手术路径是否一致。在其辅助下的微创手术和高精度操作具有明显的优势,可减少手术并发症,有效降低手术风险,提高手术效率。  

Objectives of Study:

To study the accuracy and feasibility of mixed reality technique in fracture surgical navigation. This navigation system can safely, accurately and stably place the plant in the corresponding anatomical position. Compared with manual operation, the use of the navigation system can be used to observe and quantify fracture reduction in real time, and the alignment of the planned path with the surgical path can be shown during implant implantation. Minimally invasive surgery and high-precision operation with its assistance have obvious advantages, which can reduce surgical complications, effectively reduce surgical risks and improve surgical efficiency.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.CT/MRI 扫描禁忌症患者;
2.凝血功能严重障碍患者;
3.无法配合医生进行立体定向手术的患者;
4.主诊医生判断无法使用手术导航系统进行手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Prticipants with contraindications to CT/MRI scanning; 2. Prticipants with severe coagulation disorders; 3. Prticipants who are unable to cooperate with doctors for stereotactic surgery; 4. The attending physician determines that Prticipants who are unable to perform surgery using the surgical navigation system.

盲法:

患者:患者将被事先告知按照1:1的比例随机分配使用骨科导航或传统闭合复位固定术中的一种,但在完成所有研究随访之前,患者对实际应用并不知情。 手术医生:无法对植入医生进行设盲,因为外科医生会接触到产品标签和使用说明书。 独立影像学审查员(IRR):审查员知晓患者是按照1:1比例进行的手术,但是对具体哪位患者接受的何种方式并不知情,本研究对IRR设盲。 病历:在出院之前记录植入程序的所有病历(源文档)以及所有随访记录均不设盲,因为将会提供手术过程。 监查员:对监查员不设盲,因为与产品一并提供的可剥离标签上注明了产品信息,可在研究器械清点记录和患者研究文件中用于器械清点和源文件确认。

Blinding:

Patients: Patients will be informed in advance that they will be randomly assigned to either orthopedic navigation or conventional closed reduction fixation in a 1:1 ratio, but will not be informed of the actual application until all study follow-up is completed. Surgeon: The implant doctor cannot be blinded because the surgeon has access to the product label and instruction manual. Independent Imaging Examiner (IRR) : The examiner was aware that patients were operated on in a 1:1 ratio, but did not know which patient received which procedure. The IRR was blinded in this study. Medical records: All medical records (source documents) of the implantation procedure and all follow-up records are recorded without blindness prior to discharge, as the procedure will be provided. Monitor: The monitor is not blinded because the product information is indicated on the removable label provided with the product and can be used for device count and source document confirmation in the study device count record and patient study file.
