研究目的：

聚焦直肠癌患者放疗期间不良反应症状问题，基于SET模型探索直肠癌患者放疗不良反应症状间动态关系和变化规律及轨迹，并以时间变量为节点进行分层，构建时点匹配精准护理干预方案，从而实现直肠癌患者放疗不良反应症状的早期识别、预防及精准护理  

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on adverse reaction symptoms of rectal cancer patients during radiotherapy, the dynamic relationship, change rule and trajectory of adverse reaction symptoms of rectal cancer patients were explored based on the SET model, and the time variable was taken as the node for stratification, construction of time-point matching precision nursing intervention plan, so as to achieve early identification, prevention and precise nursing of adverse reaction symptoms of rectal cancer patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重肝、肾功能损害者； 2. 合并其他肿瘤者有严重视、听功能障碍者； 3. 有精神类疾病患者； 4. 在放疗过程中参与其他干预方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver and kidney damage; 2. Patients with other tumors have serious attention and hearing impairment; 3. Patients with mental diseases; 4. Participate in other intervention programs during radiotherapy.
