研究目的：

探讨三人“信封”翻身法对ARDS患者实施俯卧位通气的有效性和安全性，以期在保证患者有效性和安全性的基础上进一步节约人力。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness and safety of three-person "envelope" turning method for prone ventilation in ARDS patients, in order to further save manpower on the basis of ensuring the effectiveness and safety of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.昏迷、颅内压增高、蛛网膜下腔出血、心律失常、不可逆脏器功能损伤； 2.哮喘、存在严重威胁生命的低氧血症、重度肥胖、急性出血、脊柱损伤、胸骨和骨盆骨折； 3.近期采取腹部手术；合并血流动力学不稳定； 4.其他不能耐受面部朝下姿势者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coma, increased intracranial pressure, subarachnoid hemorrhage, arrhythmia, irreversible organ function injury; 2. Asthma, the presence of severe life-threatening hypoxemia, severe obesity, acute bleeding, spinal injury, sternal and pelvic fractures; 3. Recent abdominal surgery; Combined with hemodynamic instability; 4. Other patients who cannot tolerate face-down posture.
