研究目的：

本项目对抑郁症患者进行tDCS治疗，通过神经可塑性指标变化探索tDCS治疗抑郁症的机制，通过神经可塑性评估指标和皮层连接特征及特征性TEPs变化明确tDCS治疗抑郁症的神经可塑性机制，并寻找神经可塑性特征指标，作为预测tDCS治疗抑郁症的生物标志物，为精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, patients with depression were treated with tDCS, and the mechanism of tDCS treatment of depression was explored through the changes of neuroplasticity indicators. The neuroplasticity mechanism of tDCS treatment of depression was identified through the neuroplasticity evaluation indicators, cortical connectivity characteristics and characteristic TEPs changes, and the characteristic indicators of neuroplasticity were searched. As a biomarker to predict the treatment of depression with tDCS, it provides a basis for accurate treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康对照组排除标准：
1.严重躯体疾病；
2.智力低下或精神发育迟滞（IQ＜90）；
3.孕期女性；
4.既往精神障碍史或精神障碍家族史；
5.精神活性物质滥用史。
抑郁症组排除标准：
1.合并躯体疾病及脑器质性疾病者；
2.共病其他精神障碍者；
3.严重自杀倾向患者；
4.妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
5.近2周内曾使用任何抗精神病药物、心境稳定剂及者，近3月内接受电休克治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of healthy control group:
1. Serious physical disease;
2. Low intelligence or mental retardation (IQ < 90);
3. Pregnant women;
4. Previous history of mental disorders or family history of mental disorders;
5. History of psychoactive substance abuse.
Depression group exclusion criteria:
1. Combined with physical diseases and organic brain diseases;
2. Comorbidities with other mental disorders;
3. Patients with severe suicidal tendencies;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Patients who have used any antipsychotic drugs or mood stabilizers in the last 2 weeks; Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy within the last 3 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本课题组已经建立了epidata数据库，对被试包括人口学信息、临床症状评估及生理指标的检测结果进行系统、标准的数据管理，将由专人负责数据录入，并采用双次录入方法保证原始数据的质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Our research group has established epidata database to conduct systematic and standard data management on the test results of the subjects, including demographic information, clinical symptom assessment and physiological indicators. Special personnel will be responsible for data entry and double entry method will be adopted to ensure the quality of the original data.
